Kim K likely to remove uterus after second baby

Big man ,Big trouble as our people would normally say. Kim K in all the glamour she portrays, definitely share in human afflictions and troubles. The mega reality star in an interview granted to Cmagazine shared her fears of the possibility of having her uterus removed. Read the things she said in the interview below
Kim Kardashian West, wife of rapper Kanye West, daughter of late  attorney Robert Kardashian, and a burgeoning entrepreneur in her own right, recently blessed C magazine with an interview in honor of its 10th anniversary issue.
Currently pregnant with her second child, West opened up about the possible health problems that may affect her, post-baby. Having suffered from placenta accreta during her first pregnancy with daughter North—a condition in which the placenta attaches abnormally to the uterine wall—there’s a high risk of West developing it a second time.
“[My doctors] think I’ll have placenta accreta again,” West told the California-based publication. “So if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me.”
But West isn’t letting the possibility of surgery—and losing the ability to carry another child—weigh her down. “I think we’re just gonna go day by day, see how overwhelming it is, and see how the delivery goes,” she said.
West also touched on why she no longer looks permanently elated in her candid photos: Paparazzi are two-faced meanies.
“Before [I was pregnant with North], I was always smiling, and so into being out and about. After I had the baby, I was like, these are the same people that made fun of me, and posted the stories that were so awful, calling me fat for something I couldn’t control. I don’t want to smile for them. I don’t want to be out,” she explained.
“Even if I was more confident, I just didn’t feel like being that girl who was going to be smiling for every photo. It changed my mood; it changed who I was; it changed my personality a lot.”
